well I have just won the 16 tgs meteor for £256.00 .
hope to pick it up on Sunday all being well must admit Im pretty chuffed

The Meteor is a nice spec, and i like the 16 engine. Good time of year to buy a car it seems. :D

You can only buy a very battered mk1 diesel estate for that sort of money, so a 1600 petrol in good knick does make better sense, hmmm, i can smell a derv to petrol conversion soon :lol:

just spoke to the seller,
turns out they are a citroen specialist garage and have been using the car as a staff runabout since the previous owner gave up driving,
they have serviced it for a number of years for the old guy by all accounts
