It goes into greater detail than the car specific manuals.

Covers the 1.7 and 1.9 XUD inc Turbo Diesel

and if all else fails, these guys have 'em - I got a brand new 1379 (still in shrink wrap) for a very reasonable £14.99 +P&P (they have a wide range)
