TZD wing mirrors

My 'new' TZD Estate has an electric nearside wing mirror but a standard manual one for the offside. The electric gubbins to alter the position works for the nearside mirror whether i flick it to left or right. Should it have an electric offside one too? I hear that they were often produced with only 1 electric mirror. Is this correct? If i buy an offside mirror, will the door have the neccessary connectors to make it work?

That's as they came, only the 16v got twin leccy
Mirrors, you can plug an electric one on and it will work but I found they both move together at the same time though!

Thanks Tim,

ile leave her as is but the nearside mirror has a big hole in it and ive got a replacement and will fit it when Malcolm has finished with her.
