Brand New Wheels - Free

Just got four brand new 14 inch steel wheels for nothing from a West Country Citroen dealer. Next time you're at a dealer (and I very rarely am as my "local" one is many miles away and crap) ask a likely looking grey haired mechanic mechanic whether they've thrown any wheels away - which they do as a matter of policy when a new car customer orders alloys.
I found two senior Cit mechanics admiring my Tzd and fell into conversation about "best car they ever produced etc." I mentioned my odd wheels and they said there were four new ones in the skip. "Don't tell anyone where you got them - its company policy."
Disgraceful

I'm off down my local dealership this lunchtime to pick a part up, will have to ask and see what happens. I could do with a set of steel wheels on the car whilst I sort out the alloys and tyres.
