BX spotted on m6.
Silver PH 1 poss gti with baby walker spoiler. M6 northbound @ Preston approx 20-00 hrs. Anyone. Sorry details are sketchy, but I was distracted by a lovely blonde in a Mazda mx5. And no it wasn't Tom!!

Which is perfect? I'd have thought something cheaper to run and buy would be perfect, maybe something like a *hates to admit it* diesel BX?
Shame they're so valuable. It would be cool to have a 1.4 spider, cheap tax (if you can't find an exempt one) and light weighted-ness FTW. All the carb'd engines in 124 spiders were twin dellorto's IIRC, must sound lovely and wilst looking lovely = perfect soft top.

If it was on the 20th, could've been me. Part of my land speed record attempt from Kent/Sussex border to the boondocks west of Carlisle. Up wasn't too good because of Brum traffic, but back home the next day - 420 miles in 6 hours, non-stop. Phew, good cars them BXs!
