don't you love decriptions the interior is good apart from the drivers seat is wrecked and the glove box is broken, the exterior is good apart from the roof ,bonnet and spoiler laquer peeling tho it is a shame to see the laquer peeling on that fantastic spoiler

Looks alright to me: obviously well cared for with modest(ish) mileage, just need a bit of tidying. It might be a tad optimistic on price though? Personally - given the choice - I'd go for that TZS auto with 35k on the clock. Looks like it's going to go for less than 500 quid - just wish I had 500 quid to blow on another BX

7 or 8 years ago, 8V GTIs were everywhere and good ones were very cheap. In 2005 I checked out a nice black '91 GTI with 70k miles for a friend, which we bought for £400.

Now they are very rare. I don't know how many are on the road, but even considering the huge numbers sold, I bet it is not more than 100.

Incidently, when new, you could buy 2 entry level BXs for the price of one 16V. Citroen must have made good money on those high end versions.

42 manual 8v's, 12 Autos and 1 GTi Hurricane according to How Many Left.

With the excption of the 14RE, both the 8v & 16v GTi's are more common than any of the 14 models!
