Free MK1 19RD and 16v rolling shell for sale.

Had a call from a ccc member who needs to dispose of 85 C 19RD Hatch in the typical Romantic Blue, starts but had an air leak in the fuel system plus a hydraulic leak from the osr sphere to the t-piece, the body is a bit frilly but spare doors are supplied (it is garaged)

1991 16v Rolling Shell, complete minus engine and box , apparently in good order Prior to it being "pugged"

The gent is getting divorced, his wife is being very very difficult and has said she will crush them if she gets her hands in them so time is of the essence.

Any serious offers would be accepted, i think the mk1 would be free to a loving home.

thanks for the offer Andy but once Gloria'z done my D is booked into that lock up,

as that is why i took over that unit in the first place

Sadly I don't think a 16v shell is worth anything.

Depends on how good a shell it is, if its scrap money and just needs and engine it could be a cheap way into 16v ownership?

I havent time to do much about this myself, but if someones interested then it may be worth looking at it, you never know the shell could be solid, apparently the engine was taken out some time ago.

Well 16vs are starting to fetch good money, I think if someone offered him £150 for the shell he would take it.
