Not sure if it's a TXi or TXD but looks fairly tidy (parking is sadly typical of Aberystwyth even though the traffic wardens have come back, though I could be sporting and say it may have had a disabled badge).

Saw this myself today just west of Newtown in the roadworks section. In fact, I saw it there twice as we passed in the opposite direction at the same place some hours later!
Anyone admitting to owning it? Looks a lovely example.
