bx plastic rear wheel arch trim

does anyone know where i can get or if available, i need a n/s/r plastic wheel arch trim panel, colour not important but red would be good to fit a 90 tzdt, are these bonded/glued and any tips for removal/refitting would be good.

Arnt they quite difficult to remove?

They are Sikaflex'd on and there are plastic "wingnuts" on the inside of the arch. A hairdryer to bothe sides of the panel and a bit of patience is required for removal.

Drop "bxbandit" a PM, you'll find a recent post from him in this very section, he's breaking a red one as we speak.

Do you just mean the one that sits flush at the very front lower corner of the wheel arch? If so they are usually just attached with double sided tape or possibly an adhesive. A bit of heat and gentle persuasion should see it removed quite easily. They have practically fallen off for me in some cases!

I think Jay is referring to the nightmarish 16 Valve arch spats.
