I fully understand that Matthew, we all have different oppinions and we are all entitled to express them as I did. I do like unwritten gentlemans rules and honesty pots etc. they are a wonderful change to the rest of the rat race rules. It is always pleasant to find a nice cafe or coffe shop where they serve you first and only wish payment before you leave.
