I don't believe you can buy one off the shelf, inface i think only a few companies just made the back box only, so you'll have to get a full custom one made, but there are loads of companies out there. I'm tempted to use a firm called Longlife, they seem decent?

If you are handy with stainless welding then go ahead!

I wouldn't buy an off the shelf one, I believe Scorpion do one but the tail pipe comes out at an angle and looks wank.
Try a place where they'll make one up for you, but they need to know what they are doing. Miltek ones tend to be boomy which is a PITA.
Pro-Speed in Cardiff are excellent and he knows his stuff and will make it exactly to your requirements.

MiJ build custom exhausts and offer 'quiet', 'mid-sport' and 'sport' as options as to how the exhaust will sound. I went for a mid-sport and as many will attest sounds pretty good, especially at full chat through Swiss tunnels!!

For systems like the BX, Longlife are pretty good - I've not used them myself (they couldn't cope with the small diameter pipes used around the GS engine), but know several that have and are happy with the results. Our local branch takes your car in and makes the system up to fit it, welding it up with stainless wire (unlike some off the shelf systems), and also offer a range of silencing levels and a huge range of tailpipe shapes and finishes. They've also been known to enjoy a bit of haggling too if you're into that sort of thing.
