Kinda although they have the double chevron logo on them but they interchangeable.

They are indeed interchangeable with 2CV ones. You can get remanufactured Chevron ones, like these.

MUCH cheaper than those Ebay ones, though they do tend to wear more quickly.

They never had one from new, dont think you an fit one as where the pedal is welded to the lever itself it doesnt give space for it to clip over.

The throttle pedal shouldn't have a rubber pedal fitted to it, the idea is that your foot should be able to slide off the throttle easily whilst the other 2 pedals have rubber on them to avoid slipping off them. Is that a picture of a BX pedal box?

A theory seemingly copied by very few car manufacturers. I hate it when my foot slips off the throttle pedal! (again, 2CV is the same).

Interesting - I hadn't seen a BX with one before, but it's a perfect fit. I just assumed that it had worn away on the other BX throttle pedals, and this was a rarity!

I've considered using some bicycle inner tube material, stuck on with contact adhesive as a throttle pedal 'rubber'. It is annoying when one's foot slips off.
