ooohhhh thats rare! (shame its that colour AGAIN).
Another Concorde Garage car (along with WTF and marks 16v).
Gotta be saved, being a 17RD makes it even more scarce as the made them for a few months.
No power steering but no Mk1 RD hatch had it as standard.

Go Andy - you know you want it! Casting my eye over those photographs though and bringing to bare a wealth of in depth mechanical knowledge, expertise and experience, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that . . . it's probably broke.
