Here's a reminder about the meet I mentioned a while back:

Date: Tuesday 7th March

Venue: The Potters, Mytchett, nr Camberley, Surrey (next to Basingstoke Canal)

Time: 7:30 / 8pm onwards

I will probably be late, but I will be there in my BX! It would be great to see a few more BX's there - We've only ever had one so far! Please post here if you think you'll be able to make it. :)

Mark.

P.S. We have a meeting every 1st Tuesday of the month, so if you can't make it this month, it would be great to see you on 4th April!

Why is it an evening? If it was a Sunday lunchtime I'd travel the 100-odd miles I guess... but in a pub - and faced with a long drive back not practical. I'm afraid...

Anyone fancy a Sunday Essex meet one day? I know a fab venue... 8)

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Likewise for me: A weekday evening is simply not possible most of the time, whereas a weekend would be much more do-able.

I'm pleased in the interest shown in meeting up.... I'll have a word with Mr Salter about making the Southern Section meets on a weekend, and will get back to you all!! I agree it would be far more convenient for most people! We more or less had to scrap it because no-one turned up.

Cheers!

Mark.
