Very, very excited - I spotted one of my favourite ever cars on Brighton seafront on Friday night. It was dark and I only saw it for a second, but it was very definitely a GS, in white, on a K-plate - which makes it a very early one.

You still see them in France sometimes, but I think that's the first time I've ever seen one on the road in the UK, barring the G-rallies I've been to!

You lucky chappie! Was it white, by any chance...? There was a K reg white one at Stratford last year I think... with Ami interior doorhandles 8)

It certainly was white - didn't get close enough to see the interior doorhandles though ;) Did the Stratford one have black number-plates? This one did. Still legal but very unusual on a K-plate, so that might be enough to swing a positive ID!
