16 Petrol Full headgasket set and New bolts
2x 8v petrol HP pumps (pleadies recons)
8v petrol alternator (untested)
New Mechanical Fuel Pump
Ducellier distributor (used)

Matt, 20 squid sound ok?

Can anyone confirm a 1.6 HP pump is the same as the 8v GTi? I'm sure all the 8v petrol XU's are but confirmation would be good. (below alternator mounting)

20 squidlings sounds ideal ta :)

And though not specifically aimed at me, i do believe the 1.6 pump is the same as all petrol 8v xu's(but that's a believe, not a deffo known fact)

Mind if I hijack and turn this into a generic "spares going to Stratford" thread?

Trying to clear my garage out so have these to get rid of.
2x front struts. Bought off here, never tested but apparently good.
1x saloon parcel shelf with some stupidly big speakers. 6x9 but with huge magnets. Very powerful.
1x 'various' bucket. Has a heater control, door mirrors (one broken but good case), speedo binnacle (TZD I think), door-open warning panel thing and more bits I've forgotten. Also have lots of black interior trim items.

I also have two doors - front right (off Tim's beige beauty) and nearside rear (I think). These may be a bit trickier to transport as I'm planning to be in the 2CV.

Talking general spares...

I need a black blanking plate that goes where the "door-open" tell-tale panel goes if anyone can bring one along???

Given the Strut issue with Gary I think I might be interested in the Struts (if they come with Imodium ). At the least it gives me a set to recondition and I can work through the fleet as I go then without having dead cars in the way.

Rear door near side in faded silver blue colour....? Patina is so hard to match.

Green tint rear lamps you say? Yes please!
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Thread Bear, I shall PM. I'm not bringing any bits unless folk say they want them as my weekend plans have changed a little - and there's a limit to how much I can cram into the 2CV.
