Early TD low miles

If 'no rust' could be good, drove one of these a year ago, nice with c pillar windows. Earlier gearbox I would imagine. Perhaps a bit optimistic on price.. And lacking in wheel trims :( and where does that extra 10-15mpg come from?

Low mileage?! I know TDs will do a fair few, but 165,000 isn't low in my book.

MPG is similarly optimistic. My last TD managed 62 on it's best run, but that was 800 miles at 55mph!
I have zero patience for your tedium.

I am not sure I want to be Sued from London  . The mileage is not low but there are plenty that have done more. But then the trip has been reading wrong to get the MPG. They can do 56 MPG driven well and in good nick. I do not know what the best on the Motorway was but the old TZD Estate was incredible at 56 MPH, again driven well, coming down from Cumbria - down hill most of the way  . But how often are you on a clear motorway all day?
I like the colour but both mine read better as cars, so a miss from me, despite work I know I need to do. Price, sounds a good start. Be interesting.
