16V bodykit

Post by rich_tzd »

I have a 16V bodykit I saved from a scrapper, it was nailed onto an 8V with so much mastic I gave up trying to remove the front wing pods at the time and just took the wings..

Anyway. The kit I have is all fibreglass (which is good for me as it needs some repair) but is it a genuine kit? I assume its an aftermarket copy. Anyone know?

There were no after market versions of the 16v kit - they're all fibreglass (including the bumpers on the ph2).

Awesome, thanks for the info. :) I wasn't bothered either way, being fibreglass makes it easy to repair the damage to the bumpers. Looks like the previous owner used the car to demolish garden sheds. #-o
