hello chaps and lassies. my rear window wiper has packed up and in this weather i could do with it working. mine is a 1992 k reg tzd estate and ive managed to locate another from a 1991 hatchback model. does anyone know if this will still do the job and will it work please?
looking like the weathers here to stay and my estate is my everyday user car so i really want to get this small job done asap.
the model and part number from the hatchback one i want to buy is VALEO 53010202.
for some reason i cant see any part number on my one so any advise on this please. cheers people.

Whilst the housing brackets are different for hatch and estate I think there is a good chance they are the same motor. Others may know the definite answer.
If not I have a spare estate rear wiper. But I am away until later in the month. So this is probably of no interest to you.
Have you taken it off to see if the spindle or linkages are seized ???
