Citreon BX 16 TXS petrol (not injection) auto hatchback, metallic graphite grey Nov 1992 K reg.
MOT Oct 2014 (has never failed)
52,000 miles genuine!
Owned car since 1999 but time to say goodbye
Very good condition for year with no visible rust and has a good tinted windscreen
Good tyres, well maintained with lots of the rubber tubes changed last year, elec sun roof, elec winds, PAS, remote alarm part of central locking, wax oiled 3 times over life time, head light protectors, sports velour seats/trim with 4 head rests. Up graded washer jets. Smooth ride still.
Things that need a mention. Time clock will not re set. Radio needs fuse. Lacquer on rear spoiler flacking but if re done then this is a show car. Only 5 left in UK of this type.
Because this car was used by a disabled person (my wife) the TAX cannot be left on the car hence why car is cheap.
This car is advertised else ware and may be removed from sale
Going onto E bay next week £700 buy now with a £650 reserve. Rather a true Citreon fan take’s her as plenty of years left but please don’t just come for a look if not 100% interested! Can do day viewings as wife at home but sorry no test drives unless I’m there which is either after 6pm or weekends.

I’m sure he’s well known as rolled up in a BX when collected it today and mentioned a long list of other Citroen’s he has owned. I’m sure if he wants to mention on the forum he will but in the interests of privacy I will leave you guessing. Really glad it went to someone who was into them!

I spoke to him late last year and he was having nothing more to do with BXs. He'd been into 2CVs since then, but seemed to be getting out of that too.
