Green Wing

Post by Philip Chidlow »

Any one else spot the two BXs in last night's Green Wing on C4. A rather tired looking red Mk 1 and a white one... The red one was being stood upon and suffered damage from a flying pot plant!

LOL yeah I saw that first time round too. Brilliant commedy! I wonder if they chose a BX becasue of the old stand on the bonnet adverts where it just popped back up? I remember sitting on the bonnet of my white one and the bonnet started to crack; luckily it didnt flex too much and the paint was OK.

thats a good thought! wonder if they got a load of cheap cars fromt he paper to fill the car park up!
my pops decided to sit on my bonnet whilst looking for something inthe garage one day (car was outside the garage facing the door) i heard the crack as he landed so set the alarm off in panic mode, dad said dont know why that went of, so pointed out the crack where he landed and said hmmn, may be thats something to do with it! they are resiliant things but are a bit fragile aroundthe corners!
