All bulbs flash OK.
Only idea I have is the alarm is upsetting the flasher, but then wouldn't the dash indicator also go double speed?
Ideas please.

The O/S are normal, and the dash indicators is also normal for either side.
All bulbs flash OK.

Indicators going at double speed normally means one of the lamps is out.
Check the earthing of the lamps as high resistance can cause the same as a lamp being out.
You are not using any of the LED lamps are you? These do not suit indicators
