Headlining removal (hatch)

How to remove the whole headlining to access removal of the sunroof cassette, i assume the a/b/c pillar trims will need to come off and the 4 upper hand grips, sun visors etc?

IIRC the sunroof cassette is part of the headlining and all comes out as one through the tailgate opening. Quite easy to drop down but heavy (don't forget to pull off the drain tubes).
