Are they all the same for the bx's?

16Valve is different as it has vented disc, all the rest are similar to eachother.

I'll keep an eye out for some, discs are cheap £10 each or so and pads too.

only the jaw is different, so you really only need that the piston and housing side of the caliper is the same

I'll most likely just change the whole thing.

The discs are the vented as pointed out above, but beware the flexy brake pipes. I believe the ABS fitted models have a 9mm thread (probably fine or ultra fine) are used into the caliper. The standard solid disc models have a 10mm (fine or ultrafine) thread. Do not mangle a caliper fitting the wrong flexy tubing. If I'm wrong about this, someone please correct me. I have mangled a caliper thread with an incorrect 10mm thread on a std solid disc car, and so has rutter. Don't touch a Moprod pipe....
Both discs and pads are available, some dealers have been binning these discs cheaper than the solid ones from other factors. The Bendix pads are still available AFAIK.
