Melrose Weekend November 2016

Post by Bill » Mon Jan 04, 2016 8:34 am

Following on from the excellent weekend at Crianlarich last year, Robert Cunningham has organised another weekend for 2016, this time at Melrose in the Scottish Borders.

"Happy new year to all Concrete Campers. Happy days are here again. 4 drink vouchers and if you book by 29th Feb 10% discount and a bottle of wine. Going back to Shearings but a change of venue. The Waverley Castle Hotel in Melrose is where we are going. This used to be Coast and Country but its now a Bay Hotel. It was one of the hotels that early booking was reccomended.
It is located on the outskirts of Melrose and within easy walking distance of the High St.
Arrive Friday 4th November.
2 nights £99
3 nights £109

Booking code DSD553. Valid till 29th Feb. This gives 10% and a bottle of wine.
Book online or telephone 08444 995775
As before please let me know if you book."

Please book early, rooms are going like hot cakes and last years event sold out very quickly. All Citroen enthusiasts most welcome.
Please let Robert know that you have booked rwcfiringon2 at (@ of course) or by phone on

I booked yesterday. I went on the Concrete Camping weekend to Loch Lomond and had a fantastic weekend. I've managed to persuade my Dad to join me on his first Citroën themed getaway.

Robert checked with Shearings today and they have released some more rooms, so still room for a few more lovely bxs!
