Now if they included the water pump it would be a bargain... 
These kits are around (at that price or better) from Euro and GSF AFAIK, and I bought one last summer. It looks to me like the 113 tooth cambelt kit NOT the 114, there is a difference in the tensioner mechanism, the former being more expensive!. These 113 belts have white marks as per the one in the ad. Not sure if it fits a 1.9 though as the stroke is longer, I'd have to dig the Haynes out....
What made me smile was a pro who used to take off the engine mount to change the belt, when you don't need to, at least if your only doing the belt and not tensioner and pump.....

Yes I know there are after market ones available cheaper but you won't get a genuine one for this money.

And if you zoom in on the belt, you'll be able to see the manufacturer of the belt and buy it without the 'genuine' tax attached to it!
Looks like Gates, but I would expect PSA to use Dayco. And of course, the brand they used when the BX was in production and the brand they use now may not be the same, as the OE supplier might have put their unit prices up. It might have changed numerous times!

At least one of the aftermarket kits has an INA tensioner which was I believe OE anyway.
