Malcolm Lockwood

Post by ken newbold »

Was chatting to Malcolm on Saturday and he informs me that he is retiring next month. His phone number will be re-directed to Chevronics.

A bit sad really as Malcolm has been a great contact over the years and has been so helpful in supplying me and many others with parts for our cars and also getting hold of obsolete and rare parts.

I for one will really miss him but wish him well in his very much deserved retirement.

He had a mild stroke a couple of years ago. He's possibly finding it difficult to continue. Wishing Malcolm a very happy retirement. :)

Over the years I've had a number of parts from Malcolm, always keenly priced. Malcolm, enjoy a well earned and happy retirement!

I have dealt with Malcolm since he first started. He could get virtually anything you wanted. He is also a mine of information too. I hope he comes to some of the rallies in the future. All the best to him. I am sure Rob will carry on the good work as he has always done.

He will be missed by me as well. He always came up with whatever I wanted and promptly too. Only one thing defeated him; piston rings for a TD, so I just left the old ones in.
He was old school helpful. Enjoy your retirement Malcolm I certainly have.
