BX 19 - How to completely drain coolant?

BX 19 - How to completely drain coolant?
BXers - I've removed the radiator and other front components for renovation, and the cooling system needs complete draining. Does the block have a drain plug? I read elsewhere that air pressure should be used to help clear out the coolant, but where and how is an air hose (and what kind of chuck) attached? A step-by-step procedure would be helpful for a novice.
