Rear axle mounting

Post by rutter123 »

Does anybody know if the rear axle mounts are still available? It's an alloy casting with a rubber bush which fixes the rear axle to the body, or maybe if they could be re-bushed? Or a part number would be good.

I have no idea personally but I reckon a call to Rob Moss might be your best bet. I also think he stocks some repair and reinforcing sections for the rear subframe mounting area.

I just buoght a pair from this company. https://lk-autoparts.eu/en/catalog-price-view/2005261+
But I also looking for the other two rear axle mounts. It looks that Birth even produce them and sell them on ebay. I don´t no if they are bad on my car but I gooing to make a total overhaul so I will mount new ones. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x-BIRTH-RE ... 3088575214 But the only one I found seemed to be out of stock.
