If you mean the ones up in the rear pillars? From memory they are three and half inch or thereabouts, no longer available from Citroen but similar sizes are available off the net which may need a little adaption to fit and will certainly be better than the o/e fitments.
To get to them you will need to remove the rear quarter trim panels but Itx not quite as easy as that as most of the other rear trims need to come out first. And be very careful removing the trims as they break quite easily I think there are a few screws along the top edge and 4 or 5 plastic "Christmas tree" lugs holding the trim panel on. I would highly recommend using proper trim removal tools if you have some as using a flat bar will break them and I have proof of this.
