On my gti there’s a lot of wind noise above 50mph,pushing the window seems to stop it,any ideas?

I find that the noise starts about 30mph! Opening one of the rear windows a little stops the noise. Often wondered how well the wind deflectors work.

Some of us have fitted those wind deflectors to the ffont end. It deffo reduces the wind noise
