seats refurbishment

Post by rutter123 »

The seats on my t/d esp the front seat bolsters are very faded, now weather bleached to an almost grey in places . They are not particularly worn and are in good shape. The plan is to give them a good clean and try to get them back to how they should look.
Has anybody tried the dye aerosols or suggest any ways of bringing it back to life.
The trim is tzd/gti dogtooth with the black bolsters and head restraints which are also quite faded, the rear seat isn't so bad apart from the ends of top edge.
Any suggestions welcomed.

They all fade mate, try and find some better seats? Dying them can be very messy if they're multi- coloured.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....
