Start problem

I have the bx 1,4 1992 model. It was stored for 10 years due to suspension problem. I bought another bx 1.4 1991 model and I decided to buy a used one but still citroen. Also I decided to repair the first one to use it occasionally. I changed the broken strut, all the hydraulic spheres, fuel pump and spark plugs. But after these the car didn't started. I checked spark plugs and they work. So I changed carburetor, fuel injector and ECU but still nothing. I noticed that the cable from crankshaft sensor is hanged and not attached to another cable. Also I noticed that if I put some fuel in the carburetor seems like it is going to start but nothing(fuel injector work but I don't know if it works properly). What should I do ? I need desperate help

I forgot to say that the second citroen bought before 10 years and I bought this year a used xsara but it was still running almost properly
