Wanted bx1.7 alternator, instrument panel, plastic door column light covers

Hi,
I need a decent alternator for my bx 17 dtr,
the instrument panel, (the fuel gauge has stopped working),
and the plastic light covers for the lights on the door columns, as mine
are starting to disintegrate due to extreme old age.

Prob got the interior lights
I have instrument clusters does yours have a rev counter or clock
Mite be worth checking the fuel sender before replacing the cluster

Hi, I have finally got round to checking the fuel sender, it is definitely kaput.
Do you have one?
Also the interior light covers ?
My instrument console has a rev counter, it works ok except the trip counter
has packed up.

Fuel senders are no longer available it's a breakers yard job for that or try to repair yours.
Alternator shouldn't be too hard to source, I don't have any or have yours repaired.
Don't think I have any interior lights left but will check at weekend.
I've prob got a diesel instrument cluster with rev counter and working trip counter if you need one.

I will have a go at fixing it, it would seem that on inspection some of the tracking on the rheostat has open circuited, so I might be able to carefully bridge it with a soldering iron.
I am considering selling the vehicle in the future, but would like to drive it around for another year or so before I finally say goodbye to it.
