I am curious as to their age

Can anyone advise please ?
Yes. I see the obvious possible date marking. Just not sure if it actually a date or just coincidence.

Just looked at the spheres here (all genuine Citroen, which have the chevron logo stamped into them) and the date is coded, eg xyz-ab-CD, and not easily readable. The one in your photo is presumably an aftermarket one. Most of these don't have a date, so someone might recognise that one.

They are Am-tec part no. Motor factor issue.
I suspect that is date of manufacture.
