One of the very last estates(M-reg)Turbo diesel estate with aircon  If the mileage were under 100k,my burgundy beauty would be on it's way to a new owner by now :)

Looks nice, i wonder what the reserve is???

Its been a while since a lowish mileage TD estate in good nick has been on ebay. I wonder if it'll fetch strong money???

Dont really want an estate but the mileage wouldnt put me off.

BX's look fantastic in 80's white!

A BX with air-con doesnt appeal to me that much.

Its just an extra complexity to me but i can appreciate people who do want it. Its nice in the Xantia but i dont intend maintaining that myself.

I was just about to say `don`t tell Ken` about the red one mentioned above but you can. He`s been to see it last time round on eBay, quite a while ago now, and wasn`t impresed if I remember correctly. It`d been on twice I think before he went to see it.

Except that it doesn't seem to have aircon, as a look at the dashboard pic will confirm, so don't go paying serious lolly, people!

I think it made about £500 last time round Ian and possibly a little more the time before that. It was a few months ago now though.

Someone else has too.... and the answer is that it does... it has the buttons by the handbrake... like a MK1?

I wonder if they had a load of this type of switch left over, and hence fitted these instead of the sliders above the heater control....

The sliders in the recess below the vents is where the a/c switches are on just about every MK2 I've seen. The buttons down by the handbrake were only on MK1's... or so I thought.

the buttons in the console instead of by the heater controls tell you that the Aircon is an AFTER MARKET accessorie, both citroen and at least one other company provided an after market kit with this style of button and i think it can also be fitted to an XM strangely enough, makes me think it can go in other BX's and Cits!

If anyone needs the car looking at then im a spit and a throw from it (20 minute, 8 miles max!) and should be able to trundle over and have a peek!
