It appears to be a MK1 Xantia V6, which makes it quite rare (330 built, maybe 10 remaining), and if rust free, worth more than the paper estimates.
It has the winter pack fitted, which was not normally fitted to UK spec MK1 cars, so is likely one of the original batch of evaluation/demonstrator cars.
