I have a new back harness here, its from a turbo diesel but is essentially the same the difference being there are 3 small return lines at the block (you could just blank one off) the smaller 3 return lines are 33/39/45 inches and the main return single line is 28 inches
Can ship to Greece no prob at cost
It has part number

I made my own return pipes out of some rubber fuel hose, plastic air pipe, 'T' & 'Y' connectors. I used the plastic air hose for most of it & the rubber fuel hose just to connect them together. If you're having trouble sourcing them, then that might be a way forward. Just make sure to connect the hoses to the same places on the car & LHM tank if you're going down that route. It might be worth removing your current return pipes and having a look at what connects to what & make some notes.

Hope that helps.
