After some advice, had a the fuel pump puller come off, I think that it went round with the cambelt, So far I have found the the idle wheel has broken off and the the center camshaft bear has broken as well.
In my memory center bearing is not replace able as its machine on the head? which I guess will be a head replacement?
I do have one from a 1990 tzd will it fit a 1993 tzd both were 1795cc.

Re: cam belt damage
Ouch, how on earth does that even happen?
I think you're right, the cam caps are line bored with the head so technically it's head replacement to do it right although I have heard of folk "mix-matching" caps to save heads but that in itself requires multiple spare caps & stripping the valves out to confirm the cam spins freely.
Either way you're lifting the head off so I'd say replace, would expect heads to be the same between years but not 100%. (Also, if the original cam shaft is not broken I'd still throw it away as I've heard of them failing down the line with people who thought they'd "got away" with a cam belt failure.

Re: cam belt damage
Thank you confirming my thought, Iam about to start taking the engine out as when the weather allow as it will be easy to deal with on the bench.
