BX in the Lakes

The ex Phil Chidlow/Cavmad BX GTi auto has just completed a totally trouble free 800 miles in 3 days on a trip round the lake district going as far north as Hadrians Wall.

It managed hardknott pass and wrynose pass no worries at all giving an average of 31mpg.

Aww shucks. Miss her. Glad she's gone to an appreciative owner. Nice pic. If you can, e-mail a high resolution to me and it'll go into the BX portrait file in prep for the calendar...

The plan is to have some serious bodywork done on her soon.
