cheap turbo d for sale

Post by RussBX »

93 turbo d estate, dark metallic green. Rebuilt engine (about 120,000 miles) goes like stink, uses no oil or water. Ideally for spares as some parts already pinched for the other one. Recent rear arm bearings. Recent exhaust. Make me an offer! Russ

Russ, where are you located and do you have any pictures you can post up? I think it would help sell with a bit more info.
Good luck with the sale anyhow, are you replacing it with another BX?

Subject: cheap bx
missing parts: headlamp, rear wiper motor.

No MoT, but it is rot free (galvanised) and I think it needs a balljoint and a drfiveshaft gaiter. A couple of doors are dented, but I used it as it is now (plus headlamp) and it went v.v.well. The hydraulic pipes all look excellent and original, it was clearly treasured and very well looked after by previous owners.

My plans were to use it for bits, with the engine and gearbox alone well worth the effort of breaking it. Unfortunately, I'm too busy this summer with other things and it really needs to serve a purpose.

Russ

Above is the list of whats up with it, I can donate a headlamp and a wiper motor gratis if someone wants to take it on!

I`d have them myself Tim if I could afford them as the 16V needs a couple of tyres.
