Is there a specific type I should be using, i'm pricing up the TZD overhaul and want to get everything at the same time and blitz everything in a few days hard work.

Total BV sae 80 oil is needed, I found total 80 grade at my local garage, you will need 1.8 litres, it fills from the 19mm plug on the end of the gearbox under the nearside wheelarch.
