Thats in a very sad state its been stood for quite a while and i bet the old tinworm has been having a feed on that. :shock:

I think it probably would mate. It`d be a case of throwing £19 and an application form at our lovely friends in Swansea then they`ll tell the previous owner that someone`s applied for the V5.
I can`t see the former owner complaining and the car probably goes with the title of the house anyhow.
Big question remains, is it worth spending £19.00 on it? I reckon the only interested party would probably be the local scrap dealer.

Yes it is in a poor state though I have everything to put it back on the road. I know someone who pays £60 for 1900 heads alone but without keys its imposible to see what works and what doesn't..I'll have a think about it
