BX TZD Diesel Turbo Estate, Scotland

Post by nmac »

This friend has to go, with a leaking radiator/suspected head gasket, after 205,000 miles. Otherwise, MOT to July 07.
1994 M reg, White (probably the last one sold in Inverness/N Scotland), towbar.
Having to consider scrap; does anyone propose a more dignified future?
Happy to phone/email privately anyone interested.

Probably one of the very last full stop. Good luck with the sale, sounds like it`s worth saving.

In the year before it's last MOT, July, it had 4 new wheel bearings, 4 tyres, new battery, replacement brakework & hydraulic pipework, and other.

It's heatervent control cable needs fixing as does some local paintwork

Do send private message if you'd like more info, & telno, perhaps pic.

sorry-PS- and I'm only looking for the equivalent value of battery, tyres (&50ltr+ of newly-filled diesel!) if someone takes it rather than it be scrapped.

hi there,
i see you are in inverness!?? iam in edinburgh so am prolly alot closer than most of the club members. anyhow put a price on the wagon and it may just be saveable. but bear in mind head gasket, radiators etc is not really cheap to repair. anyhow give me a number and i will tell you if im still interested.
