I wouldn't mind this one myself. I could always buy it, sort out it's faults and then sell it on to Mr Chidlow. again

Tempted to stick a bid in to try to find the reserve. :?

I shall be seriously considering this. I've asked a question and await the reply... 8)

Well the reply is:

Hi,the car has soon invoices for spheres and brakes and tyres also i have lots of old mots. The car is advertised in our local press for £425.00 ono

OK, fair enough, but I think I'll wait. Spend the money on my GTi auto and get that sorted... run it over the Summer (air con is such a useful thing) and pass it on then probably. Mind you if a silver Diesel auto came up... (stop! )...

Anyway it's there for all to bid on as they see fit - or buy it for £425 ono... I won't, otherwise I'd end up with too many cars for the space I have!

I've also had the same reply.

I am interested in it though and may well be bidding if it doesn't get too high.

I could really do with a BX just now so I could park the XM up for a while and sort it's faults for the MOT. I don't think it'll take too much doing but getting hold of parts for these things isn't too easy and takes time, plus the fact I like auto's.

Bxs are rare these days, and a diesel auto surely must be.

My friend Chris has a D reg (Mk II) 19RD Auto that he acquired locally. The plan is that he's giving it to a French guy who's after a RHD BX to add to his car collection.

I was interested until I saw it... it's that red colour with the pink bumpers and even the rear arch plastic bits are pink. No wheeltrims. Too doggy for me!

I'll speak to him for ya. He'll be happy with his money back and I think he paid less than that.
