Trying to raise some dollars to be able to tax the Leader id possible so im flogging of some stuff I have sat gathering dust, so it in aid of a BX and they are FOR SALE!

Its back on, I know why the canned it as I had I have other items for sale please contact me which the dont like as the greedy bastards make sure they get there cut.

If I can raise the £60 for the tax for 6 months im happy

Great! Ebay have suspended my account again for no reason, the same as they did my last one

Have you got yourself on a credit blacklist or something Tim?

Contact Experian and pay the £2 or whatever it is now to get a copy of your personal credit report history and check who it is giving you bad strikes and then you will be able to decide how to deal with it.

No its not that, I had a problem with a seller on a old account a few years ago which we couldnt resolve, and thanks to that I got suspended, I appealed but ebay never replied to it and the account is still supended!

I set up a new one as I had moved house, job and bank accounts since then so thought I would be ok but they have they have worked out its me, you can argue until your blue in the face but it makes no odds as you cant get anywhere.

Presumably then you must be banned rather than suspended as suspension infers that it is still open to review and resolve.

What ebay "crime" did you commit to be treated this way?

Bought something and didnt pay for it as they guy never returned my emails or messages then he complained to ebay.

Thought that you just got feedback strikes and/or stars taken away for non payment?

You seem to be being very harshly dealt with for such a first offence, especially if you were dealing with a tosser!
