Thanks to El Presidente's hard work, the final part is ready to be fitted. The aim of making a quieter and better behaved BX has been achieved.
I am entirely satisfied with the results and consider the car fit to keep for a little while yet. The bill came to around 1400 pounds and you cannot see a penny of that from outside, but those who have ridden in and driven it say it feels very nice indeed. Getting new parts is now rather unpredictable for the BX so I'm glad that the car was done this year.
To those who have helped with advice and parts supply, Many thanks.
