2 BX's for sale taxed and MOt'd under £200

Hi all

I sold two BX 16TRS's to a customer who now wants to trade them for an XM..I'm already laden with cars at present and can't handle any more part ex's..

One is my my old TRS auto it's only had one previous owner and now has 12 months MOT and tax till end of March. It's got around 39,000 on the clock and is very clean inside and out. thats going for £180

The other is a well used white 16 TRS manual which isn't as good on the body and has done around 123,000 miles..however she is taxed till end of the month and MOT'd for 11 months so it would be a bargain basement run about. It needs a driver seat and a set of white bumpers to make it decent again..It also is a bit hesitant to start at times though not from cold (autochoke needs looking at) but otherwise is fine..Clutch is o.k spheres are o.k. That is going for £120

Sounds like a bargain and thanks for the thought but i'm not really looking for a TRS auto.

Sorry Phil, just been real busy lately, getting the new deliveries out of the way and theres always something need doing. I have 3 days off next week so im going give the 16v a good shake down. As you know the Leaders gone to a new home.

Cavmad (Billy) has taken the automatic 16 trs but the manual one is still avaliable...

I don't have a pic of it but the car is in south London (can bring it to south coast) if needs be

here are some pics of the white 16 TRS.

New clutch 13000 miles ago engine sound drivers seat ripped can get another though (has a seat cover at the moment) ripple in one of the rear quarters otherwise sound on the body no rust in the usual places tyres and exhaust sound. There is ome play in the steering and a drop link arm needs changing though the play was an advisory. Spheres are good. Sunroof goes up but doesn't slide backwards. Glovebox o.k and there is a stereo fitted. Central locking works rev counter works heater works rear quarter lights are in good condition!!!.
123,000 miles and some history.

Would get someone around for a while as it's totally road legal or get someone to the BX rally who is BX less
10 months MOT 6 months tax

The guy sounds like an enthusiast so i'll point him towards this excellent club...

I feel a bit of a fraud being here now being BXless and all...

Tims car looks ever so tempting...
