Like I said I can not get higher than 95 octane in my area and they have only recently been selling 98 octance in the larger servos in country for a couple of years.
As its classed as New Zealand new its been running on 95 the last 15 plus years at least, although if you got a few drums of Avgas it would do wonders
Might be able to get a few more gallons of that stuff soon

The stuff is only allowed to be stored for 3 months at airfileds before the CAA says it must be disposed.
Probably wont be spitting out the subbys but considering my 1500 on the local stretchs of roads keeps them at bay I figure the extra power of a 16V with the BX cornering ability might just put them far enough behind before a longish safe overtaking straight where they may be able to get past
If they do get past me they probably would be on a suicide run and the ABS will have a advantage then

especially as those long straights have bushes at the end to hide things in
