Auto BX Lancs/Yorks border!

Post by mountainmanUK »

Just seen this one advertised in Autotrader...

http://www.dcdieselspecialists.co.uk/ca ... _BX19_TGD/

Dealers located in Cowling, between Colne & Keighley.
A bit pricey, but sounds pretty decent.

The filter unit and the injection pump may not necessarily be from the same manufacturer. I've seen many XUD engined cars with a "selection" of different manufacturers' parts fitted.
this might be a signature

No Veggie oil for you then Mr Leech - I think the Bosch one is less prone to air leak problems too.

It's defo a bosch pump. The filter head is a roto unit, but they are better than the earlier type, they have better diaphrams.

Although if Wes has had bad experiences with the vendor, then maybe Ian would be better off going for one of the other two..

Is there an issue with this seller? PM if there is, best not to post it on here.

I've got one of those rotodiesel primers. PAIN IN THE ARSE! Air leaks galore everytime its started. I'm planning on converting to the other style with the primer bulb.
Over and out from me
